Lover's Quarrel

I saw a foreign film recently in English class that gave me this idea, so I used my characters to show out a scene from it. It was about a couple in a struggling marriage that went so bad they tried to kill each other. It wasn't until one of them was actually dying (wife shot husband 3 times) that they both realized how much they loved each other. It reminds me of 'Mr. and Mrs. Smith' except they weren't secret agents or anything, and one of them dies.
It was a good film, lots of drama.
